2		Headstone of Charlotte Youatt Memorial Tombstone to Charlotte YOUATT Located in Landkey churchyard North Devon The inscription reads Sacred To The Memory of CHARLOTTE YOUATT Wife of John Youatt of this Parish who died Sept 16th.1854 Aged 63 years The stone had space for an inscription to JohnYouatt but this was not added although John who died in 1861 in Swimbridge was also buried at Landkey William Youatt stonemason and stone engraver is most likely to have erected and inscribed his mother’s headstone.
